Returns, Refunds, and Exchange is the policy provided by various sellers listed on the Adzera Fashion website available at https://adzerafashions.com/# or the mobile application under the brand name “Adzera Fashion” (collectively “Platform”), in relation to specific products. The Returns, Refunds, and Exchange policy give you the option to return or exchange items purchased on the Platform for any reason within the specified return/exchange period, as detailed on the product details page. However, the return/exchange shall be eligible for products that are in good condition, as may be determined by Adzera Fashion.
You can request returns for most items from Adzera Fashion within the designated return window. Items explicitly labeled as ‘not returnable’ on the product detail page cannot be returned. To be eligible for return, products must be in good condition, as determined by Adzera Fashion.
Adzera Fashion offers two return options for certain products: Wrong/Defect item return option and All return option. The availability of these options is indicated on the product description page.
All Return Option:
Users can enjoy specific privileges for a premium on the product cost.
Eligible for return/refund for reasons other than the product being wrong or damaged.
Available only for specific products.
Wrong/Defect Item Return Option:
Users can return/refund a product if it is defective, damaged, wrong, or incomplete due to the seller’s fault.
Return is free of cost for faults lying with the supplier (e.g., wrong product, wrong size, defective product).
If you opt for an All Return Option or the Wrong/Defect Item Return Option with supplier faults, the return is free of cost, regardless of the reason.
1. Initiate the return request under the ‘My Orders’ section on the Platform.
2. Follow the instructions provided on the Platform to create a ‘return request.’
3. Adzera Fashion will generate a Return ID after the return request is raised.
4. For multiple products in a single order, individual return requests can be raised.
5. Keep the items ready for pick-up by the delivery partners.
6. The product must be in the original packaging with intact tags and warranty cards, if any.
7. At pick-up, a quality check may be conducted. If the product passes, a refund will be initiated.
6.1. All returnable products are eligible for exchange, subject to the return options. Certain products not eligible for return may still be eligible for exchange. The exchange is subject to stock availability and address serviceability.
6.2. In case only exchange is available for a product, users can opt for a ‘call me back’ option. Returns will be enabled if it is determined that the return was initiated for genuine reasons, at the sole discretion of Adzera Fashion.
